Mespil Hotel opens a Gym

The Mespil Hotel are delighted to announce the opening of the new residents GYM facility at the Mespil Hotel.

• The Mespil Gym is located in a duplex suite on the lower ground floor
• It consists of two fitness rooms offering a variety of cardio and resistance equipment plus a balance and stretching room.
• The gym is fully air conditioned and boasts lots of natural light in all rooms
• Opening hours are from 06.30hrs – 21.00 hrs daily and is open to residents only (over 18s).
• The equipment includes treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, rowing machine, Multi press, leg ex/curl, multi ab bench.
